Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Just browse the shop, add items to your cart, and checkout. You'll get a confirmation email right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept [credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay – list what you use]. All payments are processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal/Shopify Payments].
Do I need an account to order?
Nope. You can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders and save your address for next time.
3D Printing Details
What printer do you use?
I print on a Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini. They are tuned, calibrated, and loved.
What materials do you use?
I mainly use PLA. I choose materials based on what each design needs – durability, flexibility, detail, or just looking great.
Do you offer custom prints?
Sometimes! Email me at trinkettrickster@gmail.com with what you have in mind. If it's something I can do, I'll give you a quote. Or I can point you in the right direction.
Can I get a print in a different color/size?
Absolutely. Just reach out before ordering and I'll let you know what's possible.
Are your prints sanded or finished?
Depending on the order. Most multi colour Items may need removal of supports and some trimming. Other basic prints such as gaming pieces or craft kits I remove supports and do light sanding, but I leave full finishing to you so you can customize it.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship to Canada. If you're outside these and really want something, email me – I might be able to work something out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. I currently use Canada Post.
How long does shipping take?
I usually ship within 1-3 business days. Then delivery takes about:

1-3 business days for domestic

N/A for international
(These are estimates – sometimes the postal service is faster, sometimes slower.)
Do you offer tracking?
Yes for larger items. Small single items I use domestic to save us both some money.
