Where I ship

I currently ship to:

Canada

If your country isn't listed and you'd really like something, just email me at trinkettrickster@gmail.com and I'll see what I can do.

Processing time

I'm a one-person operation working from home. Here's what to expect:

Order processing: [1-5 business days] after you place your order
Custom orders: [3-7 business days] – I'll confirm when I start your print

I ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). If I'm ever running behind, I'll let you know.

Packaging

I take packaging seriously. Your print will be wrapped carefully to survive the journey. I use:

[Bubble wrap / foam / tissue paper]
[Sturdy boxes / padded mailers]
[Recyclable / eco-friendly materials where possible]

I also include a little thank-you note because I appreciate you.

Customs & import fees (International orders)

If you're ordering from outside [your country], your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are charged by your country – not by me – and I have no control over them.

Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure. I also can't mark packages as "gift" to avoid fees – that's against the rules (and I like playing by them).

Lost or damaged packages

Damaged in transit?
Send me a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within [5 days] of delivery. I'll either replace it or refund you – your choice.

Lost in transit?
If the tracking shows it's stuck or lost, contact me and I'll file a claim with the carrier. Once they confirm it's lost, I'll send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address?
If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, email me immediately at trinkettrickster@gmail.com . If the package hasn't shipped yet, I can fix it. If it's already on its way, I can't redirect it – sorry!

Local pickup (if applicable)

I offer local pickup in Wetaskiwin if you'd like to save on shipping. Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout and I'll email you when your order is ready.

Pickup address: Local meeting spot or market I may be at on certain days.
Pickup hours: By appointment – just email me to arrange a time.
