I'm Kylie, a solo crafter running Trinket Trickster from my home in Wetaskiwin, Canada.

This page explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I use it. I keep things simple and transparent – no legal jargon, no hidden tricks.
2. What information I collect

I only collect what I actually need:

  • Name and email address – when you sign up for my newsletter or contact me
  • Shipping address – when you place an order (so I can send you your prints)
  • Payment information – processed securely by my payment provider (I never see or store your full card details)
3. How I use your information

I use your information to:

  • Process and ship your orders
  • Send you updates about your order (shipping confirmations, tracking)
  • Reply to your messages and questions
  • Send occasional newsletters (only if you opted in – and you can unsubscribe anytime)

I never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. It's just me here – no third-party data brokers, no shady lists.

4. Cookies

My website uses basic cookies to:

  • Remember what's in your cart
  • Keep you logged in (if applicable)
  • Understand which pages are popular (so I can make the site better)
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site might not work as smoothly.

I use a few trusted services to run this site:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and they only access the data they need to do their job.

5b. Analytics

I use [Google Analytics / Plausible] to see which pages are popular. This collects anonymous data – no personal info, just page views and general location (country level). This helps me understand what visitors like so I can make better content.


6. How long I keep your data

  • Order information – kept for tax/record-keeping purposes (as required by law)
  • Newsletter subscriber data – kept until you unsubscribe
  • Contact form messages – kept for as long as it takes to resolve your question

If you want me to delete any of your data, just email me at [your email] and I'll take care of it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what data I hold about you
  • Request a copy of your data
  • Ask me to correct or delete your data

Unsubscribe from emails at any time (there's a link at the bottom of every email)

8. Children's privacy

My site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given me their information, please contact me and I'll remove it.
